IFP’s Principal Psychologists

Lewis Z. Schlosser, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Lewis Schlosser is the managing partner at IFP. He is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey, New York, Maine, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia. Dr. Schlosser is Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology and Counseling Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He is a former tenured Associate Professor at Seton Hall University (2003-2012) and former in-house Director of Psychological Services for the New York City Correction Department (2006-2015). Dr. Schlosser has conducted over 15,000 psychological evaluations for law enforcement, including pre-employment, fitness for duty evaluations, and promotional evaluations. He teaches regularly at the Bergen County Police Academy and the Rockland County (NY) Police Academy. Dr. Schlosser is a member of the Police Psychological Services Section of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). He is also an affiliate member of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP) and the Bergen County Police Chief’s Association (BCPA). In 2021, he was appointed as the inaugural Chief Psychologist for the NJSACOP. He is a Police Surgeon for the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office. Krista L. Dettle, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Krista Dettle is co-owner of IFP and is a licensed psychologist in the states of New Jersey and New York. Dr. Dettle is Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Dettle has conducted over 10,000 psychological evaluations for law enforcement, including pre-employment, fitness for duty evaluations, and promotional evaluations. She also conducts officer wellness sessions and critical incident debriefings. Dr. Dettle was formerly employed with the NYC Department of Correction where she conducted pre-employment psychological evaluations. She also taught graduate and undergraduate students as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University and William Paterson University. Matthew E. Guller, JD, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Matthew Guller is co-owner of IFP and is a clinical psychologist licensed in New Jersey and New York. He has served as a licensed psychologist with IFP since 2006. He is Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Guller has conducted over 18,000 psychological evaluations for law enforcement, including pre-employment, fitness for duty evaluations, and promotional evaluations. He is an adjunct professor of forensic and police psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s graduate program in forensic psychology. He is an annual instructor at the Rockland County (NY) Police Academy. Dr. Guller is a member of the Police Psychological Services Section of the IACP. He is also an affiliate member of the NJSACOP and the BCPCA.

Christopher A. Sbaratta, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Christopher Sbaratta is a licensed psychologist in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Maine. Dr. Sbaratta is Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He is the former Assistant Director of the Applicant Investigation Unit (2015-2021) for the New York City Department of Correction, and he has served as an examiner with IFP since 2013. Dr. Sbaratta has performed over 12,500 psychological evaluations for law enforcement, including pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at New York University with a specialization in substance abuse evaluation and treatment. He also taught graduate psychological assessment at New York University (2013-2018). Dr. Sbaratta is a member of the Police Psychological Services Section of the IACP, as well as a member of the Society for Police and Criminal Psychology (SPCP).

Sandra Ackerman Sinclair, PhD

Dr. Sandra Ackerman Sinclair is a licensed psychologist in the states of New Jersey and New York. Since 2019, she has worked full-time at IFP. Previously, she worked part-time for IFP (2013-2019) and full-time as a Staff Psychologist and Assistant Director for Outreach and Prevention at Seton Hall University (2012-2019). She has performed over 2,500 psychological evaluations for law enforcement, including pre-employment psychological evaluations and psychological fitness for duty evaluations. Dr. Ackerman Sinclair also conducts officer wellness sessions. She is a member of the Police Psychological Services Section of the IACP. She has previously served as the Membership Chair and Secretary for the Essex Union County Association of Psychologists, and as a general committee member to the New Jersey Psychological Association’s Ethics Education and Resource Committee (2017-2021).

David Han Zhang Liang, PhD

Dr. David ‘Han Zhang’ Liang is a licensed psychologist in the states of New York and New Jersey. Dr. Liang is a former Lead Psychologist of the Applicant Investigation Unit for the New York City Department of Correction (2013-2021). He has served as a consulting psychologist with IFP since 2015. Dr. Liang has performed over 10,000 psychological evaluations for law enforcement, including pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations. He has taught graduate courses in psychological assessment at Caldwell University.

Andrew Wolanin, Psy.D.

Dr. Andrew Wolanin is a licensed psychologist in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He provides psychological evaluations for the Philadelphia regional office and has conducted public safety pre-employment screening, fitness for duty and critical incident evaluations. He is the former director of the department of advanced studies in psychology at Kean University. Dr. Wolanin is a member of the Police Psychological Services Section of the IACP; he is also a member of the SPCP and the past president of the Philadelphia Behavior Therapy Association. Dr. Wolanin has conducted over 1,000 public safety evaluations.

Olivia McCullough, MA

Director of Operations

Ms. McCullough holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She joined the staff of IFP in 2014, and she manages scheduling, client relations, and bids/contracts.

Jaclyn Margherita, MA

Senior Executive Associate

Ms. Margherita holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She joined the staff of IFP in 2009, and she assists with client relations and report preparation.

Wendy Cianciaruso, BFA

Director of Billing and Payroll

Elysse Tague, MA

Ms. Tague holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She joined the staff of IFP in 2018, and she assists with client relations, background inquiries, and report preparation.

Selena Hart, MA

Psychological and Administrative Associate

Ms. Hart holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She joined the staff of IFP in 2019, and she assists with test scoring, background inquiries, and report preparation.

Gianna Pezzuti, BA

Psychological and Administrative Associate

Ms. Pezzuti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University. She joined the staff in 2019, and she assists with test administration, scoring, and research.

Michaela Grydehøj, MA

Psychological and Administrative Associate

& HIPAA Security Official

Ms. Grydehøj holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She joined the staff of IFP in 2021, and she assists with test administration, report preparation, and scoring. Ms. Grydehøj further oversees and enforces companywide compliance with HIPPA Security Regulation requirements.

Holly B. Sandford, MA

Psychological and Administrative Associate

Ms. Sandford holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University – Sarasota, FL. She joined the staff of IFP in 2021, and she assists with test administration, scoring, and research.
